Centrally located spacious 3 bedroom apartment based on self catering (160 m2 or 1,700 sq.ft) on the second and third floor of a house less than 5 minutes from Central Station. In the trendy and respected Jordaan area adjacent to the canals.

Jordaan

The Jordaan is well known for its tiny backstreets laced with twisting canals, fresh produce markets and old fashioned cafés and bars capturing the spirit of Amsterdam like nowhere else.

Luxury and comfort

The apartment is arranged over two floors (first and second) and features a combined open plan , fully filled kitchen, living and dining room with a dining room table and six chairs, a range of comfortable seating and an entertainment system complete with TV, DVD player.

On the first floor you find a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, oven gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, coffee maker and all the cutlery, utensils tableware you will need for your stay. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and wardrobe offering ample storage space. The en-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet, hand-basin and heated towel rails. Cot available.

On the upper floor the two further bedroom offer twin beds in each and have bedside tables, reading lamps and wardrobes offering ample storage space. The second bathroom offers an open shower, toilet, hand-basin and towel rail. On this floor you will also find a terras on the roof with an overview over the Amsterdam rooftops.

Fully equiped

A fixed phone line and wireless internet access is available for your use. Large windows throughout Central heating and constant hot water, Master bedroom with spacious double bed, En-suite bathroom with wash basin, bath and shower. Separate toilet, microwave and refrigerator, Coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine, dryer machine, iron and ironing board.

Please note that the stairs towards the second and third floor are quit steep, which is very typical for old houses in Amsterdams. Our apartment has no elevator. Please keep this in mind in connection with large suitcases.

This apartment can be booked for four guests standard and on request for 5 or 6 guests.
